What currency are prices listed in on the website?

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at info@nwherbco.com.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the US is free with no minimums and takes 3-7 business days. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. Please include your name and order number with the return. Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Can I cancel my order?

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
